Felix Onyango graduated from the University of Nairobi with a Bachelor of Arts (Land Economics) degree in 1998 and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership at Fort Hays State University. He worked in real estate consultancy in various junior and senior capacities till 2006 when he started his own consultancy firm, Dominion Valuers Limited holding the Chief Executive Officer’s position. He is a member of The Institution of Surveyors of Kenya and a practising valuer licensed by The Valuers Registration Board of Kenya. He is a member of the Estate Agents Registration Board in Kenya.
In July 2009 while on a trip to Canada, he got interested in the personal development industry and specifically coaching as a means of helping individuals be the best they were made to be and attain the fullness of their potential in life.
This led to him to found The Greatness Clinic Limited and taking a coaching course at The International Coach Academy, Melbourne – Australia graduating with a diploma in coaching and attaining the qualification of Certified Professional Coach in July 2011. He is a member of The International Coach Federation from which he holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. He is also a member of Toastmasters International.
His niche is in executive and leadership coaching focusing on coaching directors, CEO’s, business owners, senior managers or executives in senior positions in organizations helping them to improve their performance; exposing blind spots and challenging them to achieve greater levels of success.
